THE WECA community campus began construction in 1994 with the building of Phase I, an 800-seat auditorium designed to be a Sunday morning sanctuary and a full production dinner theatre. The building also includes a children's ministry area and a multipurpose facility.

Phase II was the expansion of the sanctuary, addition of the balcony (which increased the seating capacity to approximately 1100), and the construction of the "KIDSTRUCTION ZONE", one of the best children's ministry areas in Canada.
